This is something I haven't really thought about, as most of the people I've used in images have been friends or family. This brings a whole other point I was not concerned about, but it's always good to cover all bases. Since one of my new years resolutions is to do a lot more oil painting this year, and my main medium is oils, it makes sense to utilize this resource.
